Kris was very patient and very knowledgeable about the houses that we looked at. She listened to what we needed and based on that created our home search based on our likes and wants.

She is very knowledgeable about her profession. She is also very truthful and easy to get along with. She will refer help if needed with any utility work. She will reply to all calls and emails. Good.

My wife and I were having a house built and driving the new neighborhood. Kris's son ran after us and I initially thought I might have run over something. After brief introductions, Kris welcomed us to the neighborhood and told us if we had any questions to feel free to ask her. We did. We were looking to rent our former house out and asked if she knew of a property manager. That was four years ago, and now Kris not only manages all of our rentals, but we consider her a valued friend. Her professionalism and knowledge of the area have guided us on our journey to having multiple rentals in highly sought-after communities.
